We have plunged over the cliff.  What seemed unthinkable, happened.  On March 1, congress failed to establish spending cuts and the country entered fiscal sequestration.  Aviation is going to be profoundly affected by sequestration--perhaps in ways that we cannot even imagine.  For this week’s blog, address the following issues.
